Orphan Care Program

Ensuring a Brighter Future for Vulnerable Children
Helper Hand is committed to empowering orphans affected by war, poverty, and limited opportunities. Through this program, we aim to:

Provide Orphan Sponsorships that cover food, education, healthcare, and basic needs.
Establish two Orphan Houses:
One in the U.S., offering a nurturing environment for local children.
One in Syria, providing safety, education, and support for orphans impacted by war.
Together, we can provide these children with the love, care, and resources they need to thrive and succeed.

A Story of Resilience

Amina’s New Beginning

Amina was just seven years old when she lost her parents to the ongoing conflict in Syria. Left alone in a war-torn village, her future seemed bleak, with little hope for safety or education.

Helper Hand’s Orphan Care Program stepped in to change Amina’s life. She was welcomed into our newly established orphan house in Syria, a place of refuge and healing for children like her. Here, Amina found more than just shelter—she found a family.

Through our sponsorship program, Amina now receives nutritious meals, access to education, and regular healthcare. Her days are filled with learning, playing, and dreaming of a future where she can make a difference in her community.

Amina’s story is one of resilience and hope, showing the profound impact of love and care. Thanks to the support of donors, she is growing up in a safe environment, with the resources she needs to thrive.

Your contribution can help more children like Amina find a new beginning. Together, we can build a brighter future for vulnerable orphans, giving them the chance to succeed and shine.

How you can help

Not everyone can treat patients in the field. But everyone can do something.

Some humanitarian crises make the headlines—others don’t. Unrestricted support from our donors allows us to mobilize quickly and efficiently to provide lifesaving medical care to the people who need it most, whether those needs are in the spotlight or not. And your donation is 100 percent tax-deductible.
